BlueZebra Two-Factor Removal Policies

We're committed to keeping your account safe from attackers. The strongest defense against attackers is utilizing 2FA, so we require it for every user who has added a banking account or can view sensitive user data.

If you've lost access to your two-factor token provider or the code isn't working, there are two options available for you to remove and replace that token.

1. Use your Two-Factor Reset Secret

Input the Two-factor Reset Secret we required you to write down after the last time you created/reset your Two-factor authentication. With that code, you'll be able to replace your two-factor token.

2. Reset without Secret

Lost your secret? We can help you reset your Two-Factor.

To maintain the security of your account, we'll disable sensitive features of your account for 7 days. Your email and phone number will be sent daily notifications regarding this freeze.
